Such a beautiful perfect fall day today! Was a nice 60° and sunny and the colors have started changing and the Salmon are spawning an there are many many opportunities to get river views along the way! Highly recommend!
Fun trail! There were many bicyclists and a few walkers. You can walk off the paved trail and walk along the river. I saw folks swimming and relaxing in the river. Pretty views! I'm looking forward to returning with my bike next time.

My kids and I always see something new we didn't see last time. Nature is the best part about walking,biking, and long boarding biking. We meet the nicest and friendliest locals, which makes it feel safe because a lot of people walk it!
Trail looked super great. Lots of people walking, riding their bikes by the trail, etc. Beautiful spots with easy access to the lake, which decorates the trail. There are tables and benches to rest, eat, etc.
There are two parking entrances. The trail is all connecting from Puyallup n here begins with up slope to the river side n histrical place. Its wide concreat trail, so good for kids riding a bike, too.
Parking: structured but really bumpy. During rainny season, it makes huge paddles. Portable toilt is on trail entrance.
Nice walk! It's fairly flat. There are not any huge hills to asend or decent. Great for kids on a bicycle. As some river access in a spot or 2 that my Dogs sure liked.
